Calls Control
Follow how your lines are being used, who is attending at the moment, and other important information that will help you fasten your company services. It is all done through the internet, from anywhere you want, whenever you want. Set rules aiming a faster customer service.
Caller’s ID
The service agility is fundamental to have loyal customers. Using the Caller ID, the attendant will quickly have the customer’s information, such as:
- Address registered or the last taxi ride ordered through that same phone number.
- If the customer is waiting for a taxi, it is possible to inform him if the vehicle has already been sent, the vehicle’s characteristics and other important information about the customer.
Call recordings
It is possible to know what happened at a specific call by listening to the recordings done by TAXIpro PBX telephone system. With the recordings, controlling and improving your company’s telephone service will be easier.
Automatic service (URA)
With this feature, it is possible to have a customer service without a person to attend the customer. The customer will only have to confirm some information and the job will be sent automatically. In case your customer wishes to talk to one of the attendants, he will be able to do so by choosing one of the options available.
GSM telephone integration
You will be able to make and/or receive calls from a GSM SIM Card from an IP telephone, minimizing the cost of your phone bill, and it is all integrated to TAXIpro system.
Customer’s taxi arrival warning
If the customer wishes, he could ask the system to advise him when the job arrives at the place requested and TAXIpro will automatically call the customer, with no need of an operator.
In progress job respond
Many customers would wish to know in what progress their request for a job is, while doing so they occupy their phone line not allowing other customers to be answered at that moment. TAXIpro PBX will send that information straight to the customer, there will be no need of occupying an attendant.
