No matter what part of the world you are located in, our system can be 100% remotely accessible and in a matter of seconds we will be checking if there is anything wrong. If the customer wishes, we could monthly send reports on the ride’s progress, together with some technical information to be evaluated.



The different types of support we offer are as followed:

Telephone

Telephone support is very effective when a customer wishes to ask questions.



Online

We also offer our contacts online support, where they can talk via chat, voice or even video if necessary.



Onsite

It’s rarely needed, but if it’s the case, a technician will go to the company and personally see what the problems are.
